Juyondai [十四代] - Junmai Ginjo 'Kakushin Muroka' 角新無濾過 1800ml Junmai Ginjo It is here that ITasting Note Introducing the new 'Kakushin Muroka,' a freshly pressed, unfiltered sake offering a lifted aroma with a full bodied flavour. It opens with a soft, smooth mouthfeel and rounded sweetness, layered with toasty, fragrant rice aroma. Sharp acidity brings a nice balance to the end with a bitter and citrus linger.
