Probably taken in New Mexico around 1862, and published here by E & H. T. Anthony. Perrin was sent to the southwest by the Secretary of State to help arm Civil War troops in that region. Two very hard to find images! They are 4" x 2. 5" and in overall very good antique condition, with very light soiling, light wear (nicks, a small scuff). My
