Antique Malacca Sidesaddle Hunting Whip or Crop - w1220 curb Henry Keat & Sons madeThis long slim whip has a small staghorn or antler hook shaped handle. There is a very fine hairline crack in the surface of the horn but there is no movement or instabilityIt has a silver coloured collar with engine turned decoration and a blank oval cartouche. The stock or shaft is made of golden brown malacca cane. The lacquer on the shaft is worn in places. It has its original rawhide open keeper or loop at its end. Dimensions : Staghorn : 3" (7.
