Port Charlotte PMC:01 Pomerol Cask + Laddie T-Shirt MacDonald's distilled 23rd October and maturedPort Charlotte PMC: 01 is the sixth release in the Cask Exploration series and the first time Port Charlottte Spirit has been matured in Pomerol wine casks. Distilled in 2013 using Scottish Concerto barley, with a phenol level of 40 PPM, then matured in first fill bourbon barrels for 4 years then re casked in 2017 for a further 5 years in Pomerol casks. A deligthful, heavily peated Islay malt packed with wonderful flavour, bottled at 54. 5% vol.
