dark blue & white - the silk is luxurious feeling & smooth - mandarin collar - 7 silk covered buttons with loops for closure - 11-1/2” side slit on each side at bottom of dress - shoulder pads which can be removed if you wish - ¾ length sleeves with a small cuff - new with tag (The dress had a tag on it when I packed it for my long distance move but somehow it disappeared like a lot of my items did during the move but it is a new old stock vintage dress and has not been worn

Has a silk feel to it although it is poly and nylon. I love the heavy gold buttons which are large at the top and gradually get smaller. 3 additional buttons on each sleeve. There 3 extra buttons in a plastic bag in case you lose one of them. Slimming seams front and back. A very pretty blouse which can also be worn as a light weight jacket over a cami or lightweight shirt.
